Well before it reaches your meal table, Olio Pantaleo is already an outstanding product in many different ways – the raw materials are painstakingly selected, from the crops from which they are sourced to the suppliers, through careful organoleptic and chemical analyses to verify compliance with all current regulations*.

With the same care and dedication, using the finest olive varieties, the blend is developed and prepared, then processed with the latest technological advancements, analysed in the laboratory and rendered traceable using an identification code.

We give our product a "home" that ensures food safety in your home: all Pantaleo extra-virgin olive oils are packaged using numerous high-tech processes to safeguard compliance with health and hygiene standards.

Once the finished product has been produced, in order to ensure it will remain intact and wholesome, further analyses are carried out on each batch; each package and pallet is given an identification code and made traceable to protect the consumer with total transparency.
