Refund Policy

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Purchase Agreement for any reason, without explanation and without penalty within 15 days of receipt of the order.

Withdrawal may be total or partial and shall be performed by sending a notice of withdrawal by e-mail to info@pantaleo.it or by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to:

specifying the description and quantity of the products to be returned.

After receiving the Customer's communication, Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. shall notify the Customer by e-mail of the Case Number that must be indicated when returning the package. The return shall take place within 15 (fifteen) days from the date on which the Customer communicates his wish to withdraw from the order.

The costs of the return shall be borne by the Customer and the product(s) must be returned intact, sealed and in a normal state of preservation, possibly in the original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging and accessory documentation).

If the Customer has respected the indicated deadlines and the product is returned in good condition, Nicola Pantaleo S.p.A. shall refund the Customer the full amount already paid within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the returned products.

The amount will be refunded by the same means of payment used by the Customer.
