Over the last 50 years its production and consumption have grown exponentially, also thanks to important scientific discoveries that have all confirmed its nutritional properties and its central role in a diet that can be defined as truly "healthy".

This growing awareness of the virtues of olive oil has increased the curiosity of consumers, who are increasingly interested in seeking out quality products but also tasting "experiences" and opportunities to learn in depth about the raw materials used.

This is why over the last year we have worked with dedication to the creation of our new website, aware that the values of the Pantaleo company, which range from respect for the environment and tradition to a constant commitment to quality, needed a new story and a new “home”, to raise awareness of the traditional culture of extra-virgin olive oil but also to inform, intrigue and help consumers enjoy the best possible purchasing experience.

The Homepage of the new site offers an overview of the Pantaleo world with a new graphic design: guided by the aim of simplifying browsing, we have made it simple and intuitive to read, thanks to clean, linear graphics, an attractive design and a clearer division between the various sections of the site. From the homepage you can get to the heart of the site, namely the Products section, where you will find all our extra-virgin olive oils divided by category, from premium oils to flavoured oils, from supplies (to ensure your pantry is always well stocked up on Pantaleo oil) to kits, designed to offer an original and varied tasting experience of Pantaleo products.

Aware of the added value that a functional, intuitive e-commerce platform can represent on today’s market, we have tried to combine information content with an engaging e-shopping experience: for each extra-virgin oil you will therefore find a detailed description of its characteristics, aroma and flavour, a series of usage and storage tips, a nutritional values table and all the awards won in recent years.

Consumers are becoming more attentive as to where they buy extra-virgin olive oil, and are increasingly interested in finding out everything they can about this precious green gold. That’s why, next to the Products section, we have included sections that provide an all-round look at the Pantaleo world: the history of the Pantaleo family, the story of the people who work with commitment to offer a quality product, descriptions of the production areas and a detailed explanation of the production processes.

The new site was never conceived as a simple "showcase" of products for sale but as a resource available to consumers and a window onto the world of olive oil, capable of stimulating interest and curiosity. With this mind, we reorganized the contents of our Magazine, where you will find news, insights, advice and the most interesting updates on the world of olive oil. Naturally, you’ll find recipes too: the Magazine section, In the kitchen with Pantaleo, is packed with ideas for irresistible dishes, where oil is not relegated to the role of mere condiment, but is appropriately considered as an ingredient in its own right and is sometimes the real star of our dishes.
