CHARACTERISTICS
Extra-virgin olive oil made with olives grown and pressed in Puglia, in compliance with the Olio di Puglia PGI guidelines, our olive oil represents the finest production to be found in Puglia. It displays a wide variety of sensory characteristics, caused by the unique environmental and climatic conditions in its territory of origin.
AROMA AND FLAVOUR
An extra-virgin olive oil with a fresh, vegetal flavour, medium green fruitiness and a balanced, pleasantly pungent and bitter taste.
HOW TO USE IT
An ideal extra-virgin olive oil drizzled over vegetables, pulses, for marinating meats, fish or other seafood, or simply to liven up a great salad. Excellent for making cakes, buns, piadinas, biscuits, waffles and pancakes.
STORAGE
To preserve all its finest characteristics, we recommend keeping the product unopened in the bottle and storing it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat, at a temperature of between 18°C and 22°C.
