CHARATERISTICS
OroNovo extra-virgin olive oil is made from olives harvested slightly early, when they are still predominantly green, using exclusively mechanical processes and under conditions that do not alter the product. With its strong personality and balanced flavour, it enriches and brings out the best in any dish, without putting a balanced diet at risk.
AROMA AND FLAVOUR
A fruity extra-virgin olive oil with herbaceous and vegetal notes, and a moderately bitter, pungent flavour.
HOW TO USE IT
Perfect for enhancing the flavour of salads, meat, fish, pulses, raw or grilled vegetables and bruschetta. Ideal for making fresh tomato sauces and a thick tasty hummus.
STORAGE
To preserve all its finest characteristics, we recommend keeping the product unopened in the bottle and storing it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat, at a temperature of between 18°C and 22°C.
