An extra-virgin olive oil made from olives grown, harvested and pressed in Italy according to the strict dictates of organic farming and certified by the ICEA certification body, our BIO is a fresh, healthy, safe ingredient to bring to the table, with a full-bodied flavour and low acidity, suitable for children and seniors due to its superior organoleptic properties.
AROMA AND FLAVOUR
Extra-virgin olive oil with a vegetal flavour, medium green olive fruitiness, with vegetal and herbaceous notes that recall the fragrance of green tomato.
HOW TO USE IT
To fully appreciate the organoleptic properties of this 100% Italian extra-virgin olive oil, we suggest you drizzle it over vegetables, bruschetta, pulses, meat, fish and shellfish.
STORAGE
To preserve all its finest characteristics, we recommend keeping the product unopened in the bottle and storing it in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat, at a temperature of between 18°C and 22°C.
