Rusticano 100% Italian is a cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil has not been filtered at all, so it loses none of its smoothness and full body, typical of an oil that has just left the mill. Its distinctive features include typically velvety yellow-green hues and a persistent fruity vegetal flavour. Its forthright natural personality makes it ideal for all uses. Ideal drizzled over salads, meats or classic bruschetta, as well as in more complex dishes. Like all unfiltered oils, Rusticano 100% Italian extra-virgin olive oil naturally contains microparticles of olive pulpa and tiny water droplets in emulsion. This can lead over time to a small amount of sediment being deposited at the bottom or along the inside of the bottle, which does not affect the quality of the product at all.
