Vertical integration from plant to bottle
In recent years, we have adopted a vertical integration strategy, enabling complete control over our production process. This includes acquiring and restoring approximately 160 hectares of olive groves featuring key olive varieties, as well as planting over 100,000 new trees dedicated to organic cultivation. With the addition of two continuous-cycle oil mills, we are proud to be among the few producers in the sector offering premium olive oils entirely crafted within our own facilities.

Our production facilities are purposefully managed below maximum capacity. This approach allows us to deliver exceptionally short lead times for any order size, reduced stock levels and efficient inventory turnover, unmatched product freshness, and maximum allowable shelf life for every product.
Smart Storage for Better Procurement
We have continually invested in expanding our oil storage capacity. Today, our facilities include 52 in-ground tanks ranging from 10 to 500 tonnes, all lined with AISI 304 grade stainless steel and equipped with advanced preservation systems. This infrastructure enables us to implement a proactive purchasing strategy, securing the highest quality products at the most competitive prices.
